  • Think Small Child Care Assistance

    Think Small serves families that receive cash and/or food benefits through either the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) or the Diversionary Work Program (DWP). In order to be eligible for child care assistance, an employment plan must be created with an employment services worker.     Ramsey County Child Care Assistance

    Ramsey County provides financial assistance through the Minnesota Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) to parents who can’t afford child care. CCAP provides child care assistance to families who have been on the Minnesota Family Investment Program or Diversionary Work Program in the last 12 months.
