Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Freeman

Greetings, I am Ms. Freeman, this is my third year at Frost Lake.  I earned my bachelors degree at Metropolitan State University in Elementary education, and my Masters degree in Special Education at Concordia University St. Paul. I started subbing in Saint Paul Public Schools, as well as some surrounding districts, after receiving my Bachelors degree. I subbed for 4 years and loved the flexibility it offered my family, but really dreamt of having my own classroom.

When I am not in school I love going on adventures with my girls. We love to be outside going for walks, camping, playing at the park. I also love to snowboard and play softball, and volleyball. I am an avid traveler and have been to many of the 50 states, as well as Spain, Ireland, Mexico, Cayman Islands, and Jamaica. As you see in my picture, I have two girls (Nataliya, who is 8, and Ariella, who is 5) and a dog(Sookie Girl), and they rule my world. I also love baseball, football and hockey, but baseball is my number 1 GO TWINS!! My happy place is up north at my camper. I really like to be off the grid and just relax.

Building relationships with my students is something I excel in and am beyond excited to get to continue to build those relationships with everyone at Frost Lake this year.  We are all in this together and will do whatever it takes to make sure we have the best year yet. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to me or my team.
