Blast Off St. Paul! Early Learning Coalition
Blast off Saint Paul is a group that comes together to ensure that all children, prenatal to five, have a solid foundation for lifelong success. We do this in collaboration with children, families, community members and one another.

Current Strategy Focus
Blast Off Saint Paul! is collaboration of organizations and businesses with a vested interest in child development and family wellness. BOSP aims to provide a collective network of supports for children in the City of Saint Paul, by providing resources for their caregivers and providers. Our collaboration and collective resources help families navigate the countless resources for children in the city.
Activities initiated by BOSP will support children aged prenatal to five and their families in at least one of the following three ways: advocacy, access to resources and information, and/or direct support.
Advocacy: Supporting legislation, an organization or a cause that advocates on behalf of young children and families.
Access to Resources and Information: Assisting early childhood staff, parents and families with obtaining access to and knowledge of community resources and information designed to benefit young children and families.
Direct Support: Providing support directly to children and families in Saint Paul.
