The summary below combines the following ARP strategies:
- Internships and Certifications for High School Students: Provide opportunities for students to explore different careers, work with professionals, develop new skills and build their resumes through paid internships and completing industry certifications in the Earn As You Learn program.
- Career Centers and Curriculum at High Schools: Each comprehensive high school will offer courses that align with various Career Pathways to allow students to pursue their interests and develop potential postsecondary learning and career plans. Students also have the opportunity to take advanced courses and training in the Districtwide Career Pathway Program.
