Partner Incentives
-
Being our partner has its perks!
Our Early Care and Education partners benefit from our relationships with others in our shared communities and the field of early learning. These partnerships change based on our current partners, their demographics, and their hopes. These are just a few of our partners who supply incentives.

Starting Transitions Early to Promote Success (STEPS) is an Office of Early Learning initiative designed to support families at many stages of transition. Participation in STEPS promotes shared awareness and action by supporting families and children in preparing for smooth transitions.
STEPS offers opportunities for children and their caregivers to engage in experiences that support early transitions both at home and in community settings. STEPS is designed to provide early supports for children ages birth to five years, along with their caregivers, leading to equitable access to experiences and resources around child development and parenting, within the context of culture and community.

Partnerships Coordinators in the Office of Early Learning partner with individuals and organizations across the city to support children, families, and adults as they transition to kindergarten. Our partner incentives will be revised annually in response to the hopes and needs of our partners. Check with your Partnerships Coordinator to confirm this year's incentives.

Think Small is a pioneer in the movement to ensure that Minnesota’s youngest children receive high-quality care and education in their crucial early years.
Think Small and Saint Paul Public Schools Office of Early Learning are in partnership with Saint Paul children and families, and the Early Care and Education (ECE) Providers who support their early learning experiences.
ECE Providers in partnership with Think Small or SPPS OEL will receive customized referrals to shared ongoing early learning programs. These partnership opportunities for Providers will support initial or re-ratings through the use of best practices.
