Professional development and coaching for board members in Student Outcome Focused Governance (SOFG) through the Council of the Great City Schools. Includes the areas of time management, agenda design, community engagement, goal-setting and monitoring, self-evaluation and superintendent evaluation.

Innovation Office & ARP Research Analysts
The summary below combines the following ARP strategies:
- Innovation Office: Provide training and support district staff in implementing American Rescue Plan funded strategies and other strategic projects.
- Research Analysts: Research analysts to support progress monitoring for American Rescue Plan strategies. Includes creation and maintenance of public and internal dashboards, and supporting strategy owners with data collection and analysis.
