Culinary Arts 2
Course Description: Do you want to learn how to be a chef? Learn how to cook with St. Paul College Chef’s make great sauce, soups breads and more as we investigate career options in the food and hospitality industries. In addition, students will apply nutritional guidelines to help establish healthy eating habits and food choices. In food labs, you will prepare foods by reading, creating, and using recipes, choosing appropriate equipment, following safety and sanitation. Students earning a B or better in both Culinary Arts 1 & 2 may earn college credit.
