Physical education is a semester long course. In physical education class we want to emphasize the importance of a healthy active lifestyle while teaching you the skills you need to know in order to do this thoughout your lifetime. During class you will be involved in activities such as volleyball, soccer, football, badminton, tennis, swimming, cardiovascular training, fitness testing and many other indoor and outdoor activities. You will be active everyday in class. We focus on the five components of fitness which are cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and body composition. You will complete pre and post test of game history, rules and strategies and then be able to use those rules and strategies in game settings.
