Board Agenda Item Resources & Tools

• The Board Agenda Item (BAI) process is used to add a topic to the St. Paul Board of Education meeting agenda. Following this process ensures items are added to the board meeting agenda appropriately and that proper documentation is available for board members to discuss.

  A BAI requires several steps to be executed properly. Getting the required signatures can delay the process, so plan to start early. Please familiarize yoruself with the SPPS BAI procedure. The BAI checklist may help you catch all the pieces even if you are familiar with the process.
