Student Resources

Student Groups, Events and Programming

LGBTQIA2S+ and Allied students in Saint Paul Public Schools have access to a wide variety of safe and supportive groups, programs, and events.

School Support Groups

School support groups are a network of peer support for LGBTQ+ youth facilitated by a social worker or counselor at a school. Groups can be open or closed. Youth have the ability to provide and receive advice from their peers or just socialize. If you are interested in joining one, please reach out to a counselor or social worker at your school.

FLYERS, BROCHURES AND INFOGRAPHICS

Gender and Sexuality Alliance (GSA)

GSAs are school-sponsored clubs for students to build support systems, socialize with other youth, organize educational programs to raise awareness, participate in field trips, and promote inclusive school environments. If you want to get involved at your school, reach out to your school’s activity office or email Out for Equity. If your school doesn't have a GSA, contact us or talk to your school counselor to find out more about getting one started at your school!

Be on the lookout for Out for Equity's calendar.
