SPPS offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, life, and disability insurance. Additionally, employees have the option to enroll in a flexible spending account or health savings account.

 Cobra Continuation Coverage 

COBRA continuation coverage provides employees in certain circumstances the ability to continue the health and/or dental coverage after they would normally no longer be eligible.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 

The NEW Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is called ComPsych GuidanceResources and it offers up to 5 sessions per year of free, confidential assessment for short-term counseling, referral, and follow up.
