  • BRI Welcome Letters were mailed out between 9/24-9/26 with information on how to access their portal and setup payment options ("ACH payments").
  • For questions about your subsidy or with signing up for using the BRI portal, please call: 866-996-5200 choose option 1, state "retiree COBRA continuation", then choose option 3

 

OPEN ENROLLMENT for 2026

  • Open Enrollment PACKETS for 2026 will be sent out the week of November 17th.
  • Open Enrollment will open November 17th and run through December 5th.
  • If you are not making changes, there will be no need to send information back. Because there are no changes to plans for 2026.
  • *To set up ACH Payments or access the portal, please use Chrome or a Firefox browser. Safari browsers are not as compatible.*

For individuals who continue their District benefits after retirement, can pay their insurance premiums one of the following ways:
