BRI Welcome Letters were mailed out between 9/24-9/26 with information on how to access their portal and setup payment options ("ACH payments").
For questions about your subsidy or with signing up for using the BRI portal, please call: 866-996-5200 choose option 1, state "retiree COBRA continuation", then choose option 3

OPEN ENROLLMENT for 2026

Open Enrollment PACKETS for 2026 will be sent out the week of November 17th.
Open Enrollment will open November 17th and run through December 5th.
If you are not making changes, there will be no need to send information back. Because there are no changes to plans for 2026.
*To set up ACH Payments or access the portal, please use Chrome or a Firefox browser. Safari browsers are not as compatible.*
