Educator Development
Mission: The Educator Development team collaboratively creates and implements aligned, equitable, and sustainable district-wide systems that foster belonging and growth for Saint Paul Public Schools educators, with an emphasis on those from historically marginalized groups.
Vision: All educators feel a sense of belonging within the district and their school and are empowered with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to serve the diverse needs of learners in Saint Paul Public Schools.
