The following documents provide performance standards that SPPS employees are expected to meet. The standards are in PDFs, listed by employee group, and will be used by supervisors when evaluating employee performance.

Multiple feedback/evaluation rubrics exist based on the variety of job titles in the SPFE bargain contract (BU51). Check out the list of job titles matched to rubrics. If an educator feels that the feedback/evaluation rubric is not the right match for their job description, they should appeal to the TD&E Oversight committee before September 30th.
