Strategic Plan 2026-2033

Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS) is embarking on the critical work of developing its next Strategic Plan, a roadmap that will guide our priorities, investments and focus areas for years to come.
Community engagement opportunities will begin in February 2026, with multiple opportunities to get involved through the end of the school year. Click the button below to get involved.
The strategic planning process will also include a facilities portfolio analysis to review our district buildings and create a long-term plan that ensures our facilities are aligned with our academic programs and the number of students we serve. Check back in April 2026 for more information.
