COVID-19 Dashboard

  • Community levels of COVID-19 in Ramsey County are currently LOW.

    Face masks are OPTIONAL in all SPPS buildings and on school transportation. Staff and students will be supported in their decision to wear or not wear a mask.

    Community levels for COVID-19 are updated by the CDC every Thursday by 8 p.m. Face masks are optional in all SPPS buildings and on school transportation when Ramsey County's COVID-19 community levels are low or medium. SPPS families and staff will be notified if community levels are high and face masks are required.

  • All SPPS staff, students and visitors/contractors are encouraged to use the SPPS COVID-19 reporting system. Data reflect all staff (instructional and non-instructional), students (PK-12) and visitors/contractors regardless of current service placement or setting (distance or in-person). 

    Numbers between one and four reports are suppressed and show "Count<5", while blank site information means no reports were submitted for that time period.

    Positive cases submitted by site include staff, students and other contractors/visitors who were onsite up to two days prior to a positive test result. Positive cases at the district level include all COVID-19 reports and positive cases submitted by staff, students and other contractors/visitors regardless of whether or not the person was onsite.

    The reporting system allows for updates to initial reports. Due to the constantly changing environment surrounding COVID-19, this data will be continuously updated to reflect, as accurately as possible, all reports and positive cases. The COVID-19 Reporting System went live on August 20, 2020. Data are updated daily on a one day lag.
