Welcome to Creative Arts!

  • With a school community that is inclusive and supportive, Creative Arts students thrive. Students choose Creative Arts because they love challenges in both academics and the arts. Our middle school program is exploratory to broaden and build students’ individual artistic skills, preparing them for their 8th grade capstone presentation.
Our high school students are motivated to pursue training that develops a personal artistic vision, be it through visual or performing arts. This process begins with an audition to show what students know and are able to do in an art form. With these foundations laid, we meet them where they are and set rigorous artistic and academic learning goals for high school graduation and beyond. Learn more...

School Profile

Kristen Lynch
  • OUR PRINCIPAL

Kristen Lynch is the new principal of Creative Arts. Professionally, she is a big-picture person who is skilled in working with others to plan for and implement the steps needed to make that picture a reality. Personally, she is a product of the Saint Paul Schools, is married to a retired SPPS teacher, and is the parent of an SPPS graduate and an SPPS high school senior. She is excited to be the leader Creative Arts has chosen to achieve its mission and vision.
