Booster Club welcomes all Como HS families for 2017-18!

  • The 4th Annual Como FUN-Raiser held at the Urban Growler Brewery on Sun. Mar. 11th was a great success – we raised just shy of $4,000

Como High families, students, staff, including our #1 Principal Theresa Neal, alumni, and friends enjoyed a fun evening of Como community.  Talented Como students performed throughout the night in the Jazz Band, singing, and Irish dancing!  There were a variety of games and an amazing set of prizes donated by many neighborhood restaurants and businesses, including Hiway Federal Credit Union. The Urban Growler once again offered a great location and support for the FUN-Raiser.

A big Thank You! goes to the super team who did all the planning and volunteered that night to make such a fun event. The Como FUN-Raiser helps the Como Park High School Booster Club make grants for Como High extracurricular programs, clubs, teams, and activities that need financial support.

    All Night Grad Party

Planning is under way!  Wednesday, June 6, after graduation the Class of 2018 is invited to attend an all-night party to celebrate their accomplishments together as a class. The All-Night Party Planning Committee is working with students and administration to assure a memorable, fun, and safe night of camaraderie.

If you are interested in helping, please join the Planning Committee. Or we are looking for a few people who would like to lend or construct giant games – think four-foot tall Jenga or human chess – for the party. Do you have a special talent or skill that you think would add to the party? Let us know about it!

Raffle prizes – gift cards, games, dorm room or apartment essentials – things a graduating senior might want make great donations. The committee is also accepting financial contributions to make the party affordable for every senior in the Class of 2018.  You can contact the All night Grad Party committee by emailing the Como Park Booster Club comoparkboosterclub@gmail.com, or Ann Borgwardt directly (borgwardt.ann@gmail.com).
