Mandatory Pre-bid meeting: August 19, 2019 @ 9:00a.m. Interested bidders please meet at the SPPS Fadcilities Department, 1930 Como Ave., St. Paul, in the Large Conference Room. We will discuss RFP and visit each site. Only bidders signed in and attending this meeting will be qualified to submit a Proposal for the upcoming season. (One representative from each company is required to attend.)
