Hamline is a Full-Service Community School
In late 2016, Hamline Elementary took its first step to becoming a full-service community school by applying for, and receiving, a grant from the Minnesota Department of Education. The grant award allowed us to hire a community resource coordinator who is overseeing the creation of a Family Resource Room, developing meaningful community partnerships, and connecting families to needed resources. Every day we are building our capacity to support Hamline Elementary students and their families and in the process we are creating a more connected community.
