    To initiate a project, ask a question, or report a concern, please fill out the Equity Request & Contact Form. These requests are prioritized before emails, but you are welcome to email us at equity@spps.org or contact individual team members.

  • Racial Equity Policy Racial Equity Policy

    With 79% of our students identifying as students of color, the Racial Equity Policy is foundational to our work in Saint Paul Public Schools. It confronts the institutional racism that results in predictably lower academic achievement for students of color than for their white peers.

    The Gender Inclusion Policy helps to ensure a safe and welcoming school environment for our gender expansive students, namely our lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, two-spirit, queer and questioning (LGBTQ+) students.
