Ms. Jackson

I have been teaching Special Education at Dayton's Bluff Elementary since 2016.  I love to work with all students and work with kids to overcome their biggest challenges.  Everyday is a new day and a new adventure with our students.

I have a husband, and 2 small hedgehogs.  I love being outside as long as its above 10 degrees outside. In the winter I will snowmobile and go ice skating. When I have free time I love to read and rock climb.

Teacher Tips

  • LIFE IS 10% WHAT HAPPENS TO US AND 90% HOW WE REACT TO IT.
      -CHARLES SWINDOLL

In my classroom we focus on how all feelings are okay and vaild. As students experience different emotions they learn the expected reaction to their feelings and how to cope with those feelings. They are called our tools in our toolbox.
