Welcome to Ms. Vue and Ms. Jensen's 4th Grade Class!

Welcome to our class!
  • Hello Families,

I'm excited to spend this school year with you and your child. What I value most about teaching is building strong reltaionships with my students and their families because I believe that when we work as a team, the students make the most progress.

I recieved my BA in Elementary Education from York College in York, Nebraska. I am currently in the process of getting my Masters in Differentiated Intructions at Concordia so that I can better reach all the various academic levels of my students. When I am not teaching, thinking about teaching, preparing lessons, organizing my classroom or writing research papers, I like to travel and watch movies (comedy and thrillers are my favorite!). I have been to Thailand (twice), Australia (twice), Fiji, and 10+ states. I'd like to go somewhere in Europe next.

This year, I will have a resident teacher, Ms. Jensen, working with me. She is in the process of getting her teaching license and she will be doing all of her student teaching in my class. I will still be in the classroom throughout the year.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please call me or Ms. Jensen anytime during school hours.

    Thank You!

    Ms. Vue
