    English Learner Services

Philosophy: SPPS values, welcomes, and embraces the diversity English learners bring to our schools and communities – their languages, their cultures, and their experiences of the world. We support English learners to be proud of their cultural heritage, obtain academic success, and graduate to a bright future. We are proud that our students learn English in standard-based, grade-level classrooms alongside their non-EL peers.
