Hello and welcome future and current Farnsworth Eagles.  My name is Charlee Thao.  I have been a classroom teacher since 2018 and have been in the education scene since 2012.  I am very happy to be part of the Farnswoth family.

I received my undergraduate degree in teaching from Saint Cloud State University in 2012.  After graduating, I became an advisor at Olson Middle School in Minneapolis for 5 years.  In 2018, I received my Masters in elementary education from the University of Saint Thomas.

I love to travel.  Places I have visited outside the United States are China, Thailand, Laos, and I've also lived in South Korea for 4 months.  Living in different countries and experiencing their cultures, I took what I learned and applied towards self improvement and well-being.  

As an educator, I am learning new things everyday from my peers, students, and families.  I believe that everyone has something to give.

Classroom requirements for homework and practice:

-Read at home for at least 20 to 30 minutes.

-Practice basic math facts such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
