Hi there! My name is Ms. Guettler- I’m so excited to have your child in my class this year! This is my 6th year teaching at BCMS and my 15th year working with people with excitabilities! I have a Bachelor’s degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree from St. Mary’s University. My daughter’s name is Fiona, she is also in middle school. My husband’s name is Matt. We have two dogs, Izzie and Tucker and a cat., Zeus. We love camping and biking! 

This year I will be teaching Math, Social Studies/Science, Art, and Transition. 

Hello! My name is Alex McCluske and I will be joining Ms. Guettler in her classroom this year as part of the Saint Paul Urban Teacher Residency Program (SUTR). After getting my Bachelor’s from the University of Minnesota, I worked as a Teaching Assistant for four years at American Indian Magnet and have now come to Battle Creek to complete my Master’s.
