Hello! I'm Bonnie Laabs.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Ed, from Concordia University, and a Masters Degree in Education Administration from St. Mary's University. I earned a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Minnesota!

I am very inspired by STEAM education. Engineering is my favorite to teach, and well, anything with animals.  I am very excited to be at Jie Ming, learning Science and Engineering alongside the students!

In my spare time, I love to play hockey. I also enjoy photography, learning more about Science, and coaching Lego League. I teach Graduate students in the Master's of Teaching program at Concordia University, St. Paul.
