Administration and Operations

Responsible for planning, renovation, remodeling and maintenance at all district facilities.

Responsible for the planning and preparation of meals and the food service throughout the district.

Responsible for implementing, supervising and evaluating safety-related services, personnel and equipment.

Responsible for effectively communicating about the great work happening in SPPS, and ensuring that families and staff are informed about the things that are important to them.

Community Education seeks to improve quality of life by providing lifelong learning opportunities for all members of the community.

Responsible for promoting a districtwide culture of equal opportunity and access that is free from unlawful harassment, discrimination, violence, and retaliation. 

The Office of Family Engagement and Community Partnerships believes that academic success of all students can be achieved when there is a strong relationship between the schools, families, community and partners. 

Print, Copy, Mail is responsible for the creation and distribution of all printed materials for the school district.

The Technology Services Department is a team of trained and certified service desk technicians, field technicians, network technicians, and application support specialists to manage and support district technology resources.

Responsible for the transportation of eligible Saint Paul students to and from school.
