Physical Education
  • The St Paul Public Philosophy and Goals state that the development of a sound mind and body should be the goal of all students. Physical Education is a means by which that goal may be achieved. It promotes physical, mental, emotional and social growth. It develops self-confidence, self-esteem, positive relationships, sportsmanship, respect for peers and authority, an appreciation for physical fitness, and a pursuit of a lifetime of physical activity and well-being. The student who develops a sound mind and body will benefit from that foundation for years to come.
