Gina Lesser is the Learning Lead at Dayton's Bluff Elementary. This is her first year in a coaching position. Her previous position was a Social Studies Teacher at Washington Technology Magnet School since 2011. As a Learning Lead Gina works with the teachers on their individual goals, supports the SCIP, works with students, and is on the leadership team.
