Hello! My name is Ms. Bobbi Jo Rademacher. I have been a teacher for 26 years and an immersion teacher for many of those years! I taught in Spanish at Adams Spanish Immersion and Wellstone Elementary in Saint Paul, as well as Lakes International Language Academy (LILA) in Forest Lake. I taught English at Yinghua Academy for two years and worked as a district coach for new teachers, working closely with several Jie Ming teachers, as well as Spanish and French teachers across many Saint Paul schools. In 2018-2019, I taught fourth grade in Hangzhou, China at Wahaha International School. It was an amazing experience!

I have a Master’s degree in “Gifted Education & Talent Development”, and have taught as a classroom teacher, but also as a program coordinator of Gifted Programming at Adams, LILA and Randolph Heights. 

I have two children, Emily and Eli, who are Chinese immersion students at Highland Park Senior High and I am so proud of their amazing bilingual, bicultural skills! I live in the Midway neighborhood in St Paul with my children, my husband, Tom, and our dog, Rocky.
