I have been teaching in St. Paul for the past 13 years. I am a Special Education Teacher with a license in Emotional Behavior Disorders and Specific Learning Disabilities. I enjoy getting to know each of my students and seeing them mature as young adults, learn new concepts and gain confidence in their abilities. I have a Masters in Teaching from Hamline University.

Teaching is my second career. I previously worked in business as a Human Resource Manager and have a BS in Business from the University of Minnesota.

When I am not teaching I love to spend time with my family and friends, cook, read a good novel, play tennis and enjoy the outdoors.
