Hello Phalen Lake Family and Friends! My name is Mrs. Chang and I am the School Counselor for 3rd , 4th and 5th grade. This is my third year at Phalen and 7th year with SPPS. I graduated with my Master’s Degree in School Counseling at the University of Wisconsin Stout.  

 My family and I love traveling and trying new things. Places I have been to are Korea, Thailand, China, England, Sweden and Myanmar. When I am not working you could find me at the golf course, bowling, swimming, fishing, being outdoors or hanging out with family/friends.
