About Me:

Hello and welcome to kindergarten at Global Arts Plus. My name is Matt Shimon and I began teaching kindergarten with Saint Paul Public Schools in 2011. Prior to teaching, I spent thirteen years working as a group leader for Discovery Club, the District's before and after-school program. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, gardening, listening to music, and walking with my wife and our dogs. I look forward to the school year and to getting to know you all!
