Permits Outside of School Hours
Families may use this link to request family-planned events that occur outside the school day.
Please use this form to request the use of Horace Mann School after 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may also use this form to request access on Saturday or Sunday. Note: There is a fee charged for weekends as the building is not normally open.

Permits during School Hours
Families may use this link to request family-planned events that occur during the school day.
Please use this form to request the use of Horace Mann School between 6:30a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For any requests outside these hours or days of the week, you must complete a District permit request.
