Grew up on the south side of Minneapolis while attending MPS. Went to Normandale Community College for three years, before completing undergraduate degrees at the U of MN College of Biological Sciences. Had a career as a scientist at the U of MN Medical Center before going to Hamline University for a Masters Degree in Teaching. Taught for the first seven years in charter schools before coming to teach in SPPS. During the past 11 years, I have taught at AGAPE, Harding, and Humboldt. This is my second year as a Hawk!
