Hello!

My name is Mr. Waters and I am so excited to be teaching 1st grade at MCAS!!! I've been teaching for around 10 years (3 in chicago and 7 in St Paul).

I live with my family (wife, brother, sister and 2 cats) in the twin cities. We love to read, watch movies, go camping and hike around the beautiful parks in the twin cities.  

I honored to be teaching with such a wonderful community of students, families and teahers at MCAS!
