Welcome to SPPS Online Elementary School!

My name is Mary Croft and I teach 3rd grade. I have been an elementary teacher for almost twenty years, having taught 1st, 3rd and 4th grades in Tennessee, Georgia and now Minnesota. I graduated cum laude from St. Catherine University in 2002. I have a Master's in Reading Instruction from the University of West Georgia, as well as endorsements in ESOL and Gifted Education. Before becoming a teacher, I was a theatre artist and that is what originally brought me to MN. Now, I enjoy the visual side of the arts, and enjoy building and making things. I have two children, Jaime and Matt, my best friend Larry, my two grand-dogs, Kaiser and Theo, and my grand-cat, Finnegan.
