There is also a Summer Youth Program based at St. Croix State Park.  This is a residential program, meaning you would stay at the camp while you are learning.  This is a great opportunity to really get out in nature for several weeks in our beautiful Minnesota summers!  To learn more about these prorgrams, click here and then click on "Find Open Positions in the bottom right."
ATTENTION FAMILIES INTERESTED IN STEM: This winter the Science Museum and the University of Minnesota M-ASCEND program are hosting events celebrating diversity in STEM. Over the course of two months, they will have four different Saturday events, each highlighting the work of STEM professionals of a different race or ethnicity:
Jan. 28: Native Americans in STEM
Feb. 11: Latinx Americans in STEM
Feb. 25: Asian Americans in STEM
Each Saturday event involves a panel of professionals (11am - 12pm), a panel of students (1:30 - 2:30pm), and exhibition tables (12-4pm) where participants can carry out hands-on activities and meet different organizations. For example, the Masonic Cancer Center will be there multiple days!
Here are some quick instructions on how to purchase tickets in advance:
