A little background information: I was a music educator in Minneapolis for 21 years retiring in 2014 from Southwest High School where I was the Band, Orchestra, and Jazz Band Director. I’ve been conducting the Minnesota State Band since 2016. I sing professionally with Chorus Polaris and as a church soloist. My primary instrument is trombone. I sing tenor in an a cappella quartet, The Merrie Olde Christmas Carolers.
I have four children all living in the Twin Cities and seven grandchildren ranging from age 4 1/2 to 24. My grandson, Sammy, is a student at Horace Mann.
