Extended Day Program or "510"

Washington offers a wide-ranging extended day program Monday through Friday from 1:45-3:00 pm, also known as "510." From athletics to academics to enrichment - "510" offers the widest range of classes in the largest extended day program in Minnesota. All of Washington's students participate in "510."Programs are sponsored by the Saint Paul Public Schools, Community Education and Alternative Learning Center Departments, in collaboration with numerous community organizations. Funding provided by U.S. Department of Education, No Child Left Behind Act and administered by the Minnesota Department of Education through the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) grant.
Washington thanks our partners:
YMCA, Leonardo's Basement, Como Zoo, Upward Bound, Get Ready, Girl Scouts, Urban Youth Leadership Connection, UW-River Falls, Saint Paul Urban Tennis, Saint Paul City Ballet, East Side Arts Council, Saint Paul Parks and Recreation.
