Ms. Anne Lowe
I have been teaching in the St. Paul Public Schools for 27 years. I have been here at LEAP for 14 of those years. I teach English Learners from Southeast Asia, Central and South America, and East, West and Central Africa. This year I teach Level 1 and 2 reading and writing. I also issue Metro Transit GO-TO cards which allow students and their family members to use busses and trains for only $1 a ride! Ask me about it!
