Degrees and Certifications:
This is my seventheenth year at LEAP High School. I teach Anatomy, Biology, Careers and introductory science classes. I taught Medical Careers, Biotechnology and coordinated a LEAP Internship for St. Paul Connections at St. Paul College for twelve years. In addition to teaching, my biology experience includes working in a genetics research laboratory and for an immunology company. My interests are developing new materials for ELL science education, spending time with my children, special education, gardening, cooking and hiking. I am also interested in connecting highly motivated students with careers in Health Science!
