Dear Parents and Guardians,

My name is Michael Kowalski and I am the 8th grade Earth Science teacher at Ramsey Middle School.  I have been teaching Earth Science in St. Paul since 1997 and I am looking forward to meeting and talking with you during this school year. My academic background includes a degree in business from Iowa State University, a science teaching degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a Masters in Science Education from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis.

During the year, YOUR STUDENT WILL HAVE HOMEWORK assigned periodically (usually 2-3 times a week), along with several long-term projects.  Parents may access their student’s grades by using Schoology at schoology.spps.org.  If you ever have any questions, please contact me during my prep between 8:55-9:49am at (651) 293-8860 ext. 46730.
