Farnsworth School Organization (FSO)
Greetings and welcome to all Farnsworth Aerospace families and students! The FSO invites you to take an active part in this school and in your child's education.
What is FSO?
Farnsworth School Organization or FSO is a nonprofit organization for parents, teachers and staff at Farnsworth Aerospace Magnet School. FSO's purpose is to support the students and members of the Farnsworth School community by providing funds and volunteers for the enrichment activities that are so valuable to the children. The funds are earned through fundraising events. FSO sponsors family activities, field trips and other fun educational events that help make this school such a great place.
How can I become involved?
Involvement can be as much or as little as your time and schedule allows. Simply express interest to your child's teacher or notify the office and we will be in contact with you. Or join us at our monthly meetings scheduled on the second Monday of each month, from 6-7:30 p.m. in the PreK - 4 Library.

Wanted: Parent/guardians to join our school committees. There are a few to choose from: Aerospace/Engineering, Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS), Awards & Yearbook, Wellness and Family and Community Involvement Committees. They meet once a month from 8:00-9:00 AM.
The remaining dates are as follows: Nov. 2, Dec. 14, Feb. 1, Feb. 22, March 15, April 26 and May 17.
