Greetings Students and Families!
Charlene Walter has been teaching at Dayton's Bluff for 11 years. She decided in second grade that she wanted to become a teacher. That decision never changed as she grew up. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education from Minot State University and a Masters of Science in Education with specializations in Mathematics and Literacy from Walden University.
Mrs. Walter and her husband have lived in Minnesota since 2008. They have a 5 year old son and a 2 1/2 year old daughter.
When she is not teaching, Mrs. Walter's favorite things to do are reading and gardening, especially creating fairy gardens and tending to her flower and vegetable gardens. Mrs. Walter loves summer and enjoying the outdoors in the sunshine! She also loves watching sports. Her favorite sports are hockey and football. She is a huge fan of the Minnesota Wild and the San Francisco 49ers. She also loves all things Disney!
