Hello, Nyob zoo, Hola, As-salaam alaykum, Hallow, Salam, Hey

I have been teaching in St. Paul as an ELL teacher for 18 years.  Currently, I service 3rd grade at Farnsworth in the area of oral language and core subjects of reading, writing, math and science as an ELL teacher.   

I strongly believe that language defines culture, lifestyle and thought.  Because of this, I am humbled by the students' abilities to navigate between languages and proud to work with them everyday on their growth in language acquisition.  I find myself excited by the possibilities and opportunities that they face in their future.  My hope is that I can encourage them by sharing that excitement.
