Caron Handberg is the Discovery Club Site Supervisor at EXPO Elementary School.  She has served in this capacity since 2012 and has been employed in the Saint Paul Public Schools for 15 years where she also worked as a Teaching Assistant prior to her current role. Caron has a degree in Child Development and a minor in Sociology from Minnesota State University – Mankato.

When not at EXPO, Caron enjoys spending time with her family, reading, kayaking, and walking her dog, Surley.

The Site Supervisor lives in Saint Paul with her husband and two daughters.  Caron’s oldest child is an arborist and the other is a college student in the area.

Ms. Hanberg loves working at EXPO and enjoys welcoming students and families to the largest Discovery Club program within the Saint Paul Public Schools. She believes that EXPO is fortunate to have such a wonderful before and after school child care option and she enjoys partnering with parents to enhance the experience for the students.
