She loves to be outside, either going on a nice hike, boating with her family, or chasing her son and Lab around the back yard! Mrs. Gorder LOVES doing puzzles with a cup of coffee, and spending time with family and friends. Going to the theater, trying a new restaurant, or an old favorite, are also fun-filled activities for Mrs. Gorder. She loves reading a good book!
Mrs. Gorder was born and raised in Saint Paul, MN, and is a proud graduate of Saint Paul Public Schools. Saint Paul has her heart, and always will. Mrs. Gorder is the youngest of three and loves spending time with her niece and nephews. Laughter is a big part of her lifestyle!
Mrs. Gorder enjoys working with the EXPO community, families, and staff. She loves spending her days with her fifth graders, and watching them grow as scholars, leaders, and positive community members. Each day is full of learning and inspiration!
“I make a point to appreciate all the little things in my life. I go out and smell the air after a good, hard rain. I re-read passages from my favorite books. I hold the little treasures that somebody special gave me. These small actions help remind me that there are so many great, glorious pieces of good in the world.” - Dolly Parton
