Mrs. Meghan Montavon

Meghan Montavon is a self-contained 2-5th grade ASD teacher at EXPO Elementary. This is her second year teaching at EXPO Elementary and at Saint Paul Public Schools. This is her 6th year working in education. 

Meghan recieved her Masters in Special Education and teaching credential in Moderate/Severe Disabilities with a concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) from National University. She received her Bachelors in Sociology with concentrations in Education and Family from California State University of Fullerton. 
 
Meghan taught K-2nd grade self-contained at an autism school in Ramsgate, England. She taught 9-12th grade self-contained autism in Hinesville, Georgia for two years. Last year was her first year teaching 2nd-5th grade self-contained at EXPO Elementary in Saint Paul. 
 
When Meghan is not at Expo she likes to spend time with her husband and son. She likes to go on hikes with her family and go to the lake. 
 
Meghan feels that EXPO is a great school with amazing and dedicated teachers.
